Charouz: Gearbox trouble. Neither paddles nor the reserve lever worked
Rollcentre: Electronical issues in qualifying. Start from pits "for safety's sake" as Martin said. During the race they had fuel tank/fuel supply issues and could use only 29 of the 90 litres. The problem seemed to fixed itself. Half an hour to go they had to fix the right front suspension which had some movement in it.
RML: Cooling water issues
ASM: Broken rear left suspension

Peugeot: Gearbox trouble on #8. Doors came loose on both cars after the early pitstops. On one car twice.

Unconfirmed and my own impression!!!
Also gearbox troubles on #7 with 3 laps to go. A little error on chicane 1 with bad acceleration afterwards. The last 2 laps Gene intentionally cut the first chicane which represents the slowest part of the circuit.

Concerning the LAA fire - I've noticed that LAA moved the fuel intake into the rear window instead of that very low position like you know from GLPK/SRT.
But as already posted here the fuel nozzle came loose
