menu vertrekt morgen vanaf de pole, voor muller farfus, monteiro, larini, huff, priaulx, gene , tarquini en porteiro
tielemans start van een kappe 11de plaats voor landgenoot coronel

Of Frafus zal starten is onzeker, de landing van Pau Air schijnt ietwat ruw te zijn geweest:

ja dat was een harde klapper.. maar hij heeft het toch niet zo slecht gedaan tijdens de race 1 daar werd hij toch nog 7de.. dus strax vanop de eerste rij in race 2

Ik denk dat het te maken heeft met 125cc/250cc/MotoGP maar ik snap het ook niet goed. Zo vroeg in de ochtend is meer een tijdstip voor een support race, toch niet voor een WK? Bovendien zend men ondanks dit tijdstip de race nog niet uit op Eurosport 1 (wel live op Eurosport 2, overigens was de race niet veel aan dus je hebt niks gemist). De afgelopen 2 evenementen was de 1e race volgens mij rond 10:00u/10:30u, tijdens Zandvoort was dit volgens mij nog 11:30u. Dus de wisselende tijdstippen is ook niet slim naar de kijker toe. Het oude tijdstip van 2 races even na 15:00u was naar mijn mening beter: Vaste tijdstippen en bovendien is op dat tijdstip MotoGP afgelopen en is er ruimte voor live coverage op Eurosport 1.

Snap ik ook niet. De belangrijkste reden waarom WTCC niet langer in FIA GT week-ends wilde rijden was de slechte TV-tijden en nu maken ze er zich zelf schuldig aan. IFM staat dan weer op het klassieke Formule 1 uur...Wat volgens mij nog altijd het allerbeste uur is om een wedstrijd te laten starten...

Race 1 was zo vroeg, zodat men op TF1 de wedstrijd kon uitzenden. Nu ja... uitzenden. Het werd eerder een flop. In totaal toonden ze misschien vijf minuten WTCC over een hele uitzending verspreidt waarin o.a. aandacht werd besteed aan Truck Racen, Indy 500, McLaren-teamorders, etc etc. Tussendoor schakelden ze dan voor een paar seconden over naar Anthony Beltoise en dan was er weer een andere reportage. Echt slecht zoiets...

Nee, Race 1 is het hele seizoen al zo vroeg omdat de nieuwe Formula Masters serie tussen de beide Race's inrijd om het weekend interessanter te maken. Inderdaad wel jammer dat ze daardoor Race 1 dan niet uit kunnen zenden af en toe.

Erg sneu voor Tielemans trouwens; staat hij eindelijk een keer op een goeie plek op de grid, tikt z'n landgenoot hem gelijk bij de start van de baan af.

De Formula Masters race was pas om 14:00 uur, dus men had de eerste WTCC race best een paar uur later kunnen houden.
