Als Corthals nog wat meer kilometers achter de keizen heeft komt dat wel goed! Een blaas naast de baan maar hij kan wel aan een stuurke draaien.

Auch die in Frage kommenden Privatteams konnten ihm kein konkurrenzfähiges Material bieten, welches Voraussetzung gewesen wäre, um den gut dotierten Werksteams Paroli bieten zu können. Da mit Alfa Romeo zudem ein ehemaliges Werksteam nunmehr zeitweilig in der Privatfahrerwertung der WTCC antritt, erschien dem Management von Hennerici der erneute Gewinn der Independents-Trophy als kaum möglich.

Overigens scoort Alfa geen punten voor het independents kampioenschap, dus er is zeker een kans om te winnen. Het is jammer dat hij zijn titel niet wil of kan verdedigen.

ik weet het tis niet echt wtcc nieuws, maar toch wel mooi om radermecker daar aan het werk te zien !!

Giovanardi hoopt volgend jaar weer met Alfa in wtcc te rijden en sluit niet uit dat hij dit jaar 1 of meer gastoptredens doet met nr.17 .

Peter Baert vermeldde tijdens de Eurosport verslaggeving van de race dit weekend dat een aantal fabrikanten geinteresseerd waren: Nissan, Lexus en Dodge. Ik gok dus dat deze Japanse autoconstructeur Lexus zal zijn. Of gaat het gewoon om Honda die eindelijk als fabrieksteam zal deelnemen?

Volgens Baert zou de Lada op het einde van het seizoen aan elke races deelnemen als test.

Ok, dus geen nieuwe fabrikant, echter JAS die volledige ondersteuning krijgt. JAS verdient naar mijn mening ook volledige fabrieksondersteuning.
