Ja lap, nog 2 weken langer wachten om te zien wie waar staat.
Van de andere kant is het wel fijn dat het seizoen terug begint in Australië.

De handelswijze van de FIA/Todt kan niet op veel support rekenenen m.b.t. Bahrain.

De Renault motoren die Red Bull dit jaar gaat gebruiken worden omgedoopt tot Infiniti motoren. Infiniti is de luxe variant van Nissan en het probeert zo meer bekendheid aan de naam te geven.

Ricardo Teixeira => Angola => Papa is iets van Sonagol
António Teixeira => Zuid-Afrika => De baas van Energem

Niet echt familie van elkaar Teixeira in Zuidelijk Afrika zal wel zoiets als Jansen bij ons

Autohebdo heeft het fout. Infiniti wordt gewoon een sponsor en de motor houdt de naam Renault. De situatie is dus een beetje vergelijkbaar met Tata die HRT sponsort, en Lada en Lotus als sponsors voor Renault GP.

Inderdaad, geven het vandaag toe. Infiniti komt als sponsor en voor een technische samenwerkingsverbond.
Leuk zijn dan weer de voorstellen die Eclestone vandaag weer voorgesteld heeft. Hij is weer terug daar met zijn medailles en vooral nu wil hij het kunstmatig laten regenen op decircuits, dat geeft meer spanning!!! Moest dan maar in Europa blijven en niet naar de woestijn trekken.

Het laten regenen, en zo midden in de race, of tegen het einde zoals hem zegt.
Zo kunt ge pas echt races (en zelfs mogelijk het kampioenschap) gaan beïnvloeden ...
Dat zie ik dus niet zomaar gebeuren.
Beter gewoon meer in Europa racen ja! En op een juister moment in Maleisië bv.

Weer een zot plan van onze Bernie. Als hem dit lukt dan kan hij en de FIA een streep halen door hun duurzaamheidsbeleid.

Waarom Maleisië? Op Francorchamps hebben we toch ook altijd regen? Hebben we elke twee weken een GP in de achtertuin

Ferrari wijzigt nogmaals de naam van zijn F1, van Ferrari F150th Italia wordt het nu Ferrari 150° Italia. Uitleg: de engelse spelling met th wordt vervangen door een echte Italiaanse schrijfwijze en de F verdwijnt waardoor er geen verwarring meer mogelijk is met de Ford F-150.

Hermann Tilke mag weer een baan tekenen, nu in Kroatië nabij Zagreb. Naast de Formule 1 wil men ook GT1, WTCC en MotoGP naar Kroatie halen.

Pedro de la Rosa keert terug bij McLaren als testrijder.
Vitantonio Liuzzi wordt de tweede (of is het de eerste) rijder bij HRT.
